Returns and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date you receive the goods, or the date a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of them.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly inform us of your decision.

You can notify us by email at: info@3Dzaislai.lt

We will issue your refund no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used to pay for your order, and you will not incur any additional fees.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 14 days

• The goods are in their original packaging

The Following Goods Cannot Be Returned:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised

• Goods that, due to their nature, have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns of goods that do not meet the conditions stated above.

Returning Goods:

You are responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning the goods.

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping. We recommend using an insured, tracked shipping service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the goods or proof of return shipment.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher equal to the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, the gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver received it first and later passed it on to you, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
